For me, health is a continuous journey.
It’s not about that one magic diet, supplement, or piece of advice. It’s not about a quick fix. And it’s not about restriction and deprivation!
When it comes to health and wellness it’s important to build a solid foundation. Sometimes that means getting back to basics and keeping it simple.
Small, simple action taken consistently has the power to create real change. Sustainable change!
Especially when those actions make you feel really good!

“I came to Olivia for help with my skin (acne) and to help increase my energy levels, in particular the afternoon ‘slump’ I felt that made me reach for sugar. Food is obviously a big part of what I do and it can be a fantastic and important starting point but it is not the be-all and end-all when it comes to health. There are so many other factors that come into play. This is why I’m really passionate about taking a holistic approach to you and your health.
In our work together we will focus on all areas of your being: mind, body, and soul. What, how and when you eat, sleep, stress, hydration, movement, mindset, etc. They’re all connected. By taking all aspects of your life into consideration we will be better able to decide on the actions that will be the most achievable for you within the context of your life and also those that will have the most impact on your health.

Although you’ve probably sought me out because you feel like you need help, support, or advice I truly believe that you know yourself best.
I don’t want to dictate to you what I think you should do, tell you all the things you can’t do or have, or give you a long list of action steps so that you leave feeling overwhelmed, confused, like you don’t know what to do, like you don’t want to do what I’ve told you, or like it’s all too hard.
While I will most definitely share any helpful information, tips and ideas I have with you, I really want to work collaboratively and co-creatively with you to come up with actions that are going to work best for you.
I want to empower you to know and trust what you need and how you can provide that for yourself so that you’re set up for the rest of your life
This is all about setting you up for success. In our work together I will support you in following through, overcoming any obstacles or challenges that arise, and ultimately achieving your health goals.
