As a holistic health coach and nutritionist I can help you boost your energy and find that focus and motivation so you can get more done and get your business to where you want it to be without relying on coffee or naps.

Sessions are tailored to you and focused on whatever you need most at that time.

We’ll look at all areas of your being: mind, body, and soul. What, how and when you eat, sleep, stress, hydration, movement, mindset, etc. They’re all connected. By taking all aspects of your life into consideration we will be better able to decide on the actions that will be the most achievable for you within the context of your life and also those that will have the most impact on your health.

In a one-on-one session you’ll:
◊ set clear actionable steps to implement between each session to boost your energy
◊ check in on your progress – celebrating your wins and course correcting where needed
◊ identify and address any obstacles or challenges
◊ receive personalised information, resources, and strategies

The details

Sessions are held via Zoom and run for 60 minutes.

Face-to-face sessions are available in Hampton VIC on request. Please email me at olivia@oliviacrawford.com.au

You can book a single session or a 4 session package (this is recommended for ongoing support and accountability and it saves you money).

60 minute session – AUD$100
4 session package – AUD$360

Supplements may be recommended for an additional cost.
Payment is required at time of booking.
24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment otherwise the session will be forfeited.
No refunds.

Please note, I do not work with individuals under 18 or individuals experiencing any form of cancer.
